Started her fitness career in 2006, Lastuti has achieved many accolades and since then, embarked on a journey to make lifestyle changes to many individuals.

Since her competition debut in 2015, Lastuti has clinched the champion titles in bikini competition consecutively from 2015 to 2017, first runner up in 2018 and awarded IFBB Procard athlete in the prestigious IFBB Pro League stage later that year. In 2019, she emerged 6th place for MusclesContest Philippines and 5th place for Monsterzym Korea, contending against many other professional athletes from around the world.

With her passion, experience and dedication, Lastuti is ever-ready to provide knowledge and motivate her clients. She is committed to change ones lifestyle to be better as she believes positivity will inspire those around them.
