His training focus is on fat loss, muscle growth, sports massage, exercise nutrition, sports specific training for both individuals and team sports. Shafiq is also certified as a WAKO Kickboxing Level 1 Coach, which lets him teach and train beginners and amateurs in boxing and kickboxing on a fitness or competition level.
