Filza’s devotion to the fitness industry is one of the main reasons why she decided to start the BOLD movement with her partners. BOLD was designed as a home for fellow trainers and fitness enthusiasts who are working to create better versions of themselves through health and fitness. Always giving 100% effort in everything that she believes in, Filza hopes that BOLD will become the go-to place for people to share their passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, building self-confidence and feeling empowered through fitness. In her work as a personal trainer, Filza has regularly been acknowledged as one of the best in the business. She has received the accolade of champion in a National Figure Bodybuilding Competition as well as first runner-up in an international competition as well. On top of that she has coached multiple women who aspire to compete in similar competitions that have gone on to win the title in their respective competitions too.
